Pathways International

If you have a property that you would like to list as available for rent, you may do so here. There are three steps to successfully listing your property:

1. Providing Information About Yourself and the Property
2. Signing Ad Agreement with Pathways International House
3. Making Payment

Each step may be completed in person or via mail. Once all three steps have been completed and approved, your ad will appear on our website for one year, or until you notify us that the property has been rented.

Step 1: Providing Information About Yourself and the Property

Of course we will need to know the basic information about the property such as it's size, location and rental amount. We will also need your contact information so that interested students may contact you. If this rental is a room for rent within an owner-occupied home, we will need to run a background check.

You may provide this information by downloading, printing and completing the Housing Form and the KROLL Disclosure Form, if applicable.

Fill in the forms as accurately and completely as possible. Bring the completed forms to the Pathways office in Kill Devil Hills. You may also mail the forms to our postal address at Pathways International, P.O. Box 3768, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. A Pathways volunteer will then enter this information into our online Directory of Housing Listings.

Step 2: Signing Housing Ad with Pathways

The Housing Ad Agreement form contains the information regarding placement of your ad, and your agreement with Pathways International in regards to the ad.

You may provide this information by downloading and printing the Housing Ad Agreement Form.

Fill in the form as accurately and completely as possible. Bring the completed form to the Pathways office in Kill Devil Hills. You may also mail the form to our postal address at Pathways International, P.O. Box 3768, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948

Step 3: Making Payment

Our property listing ads cost only $35 per property for the year. There is an additional, one-time fee of $35 for a background check on an owner-occupied rental properties.

2. Bring the check and completed forms to the Pathways office in Kill Devil Hills. You may also mail the check and forms to our postal address at Pathways International, P.O. Box 3768, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948
